All 1iota Tickets are Non-Transferable.

1iota Events are free, and we intend to keep it that way.

Preventing the tickets from being transferred means the person who requested the ticket is the same person who is attending. It's that simple. It protects real fans from scalpers who might seek to claim tickets and attempt to resell them.

Your 1iota Account must use the same name that is on your government-issued ID.

What if I identify as a name other than whats listed on my ID?

That's fine! Unfortunately, for the reasons listed above, we must ask that you please use the same information as shown on your ID to ensure the person requesting the ticket is the same person that is attending the event.

How come my 1iota Account has to match the name on my ID?

Your 1iota Account must match the name and birthdate listed on your government-issued ID. This is to ensure the tickets are not being resold and to protect fans to ensure 1iota tickets are ALWAYS free.

What should I do if my ID is updated and I need to update my 1iota account to match?

No problem! To update your Name or other locked account details, go to your My Profile page and click "EDIT" to upload a photo of your new ID. Our support team will review your ID and update your account.
