Viacom/CBS COVID Policy
As ViacomCBS continues to make safety a priority for all, you will be required to submit your vaccination information in order to join us at the Star Trek: Lower Decks Event. You will receive additional information about this event and other COVID safety protocols next week.
Attendance Requirements
ViacomCBS requires all attendees to be fully vaccinated.
According to the CDC, people are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 2 weeks after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose vaccine series or 2 weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine.
All attendees will provide an official vaccination card noting date of vaccine, vaccine type and lot number or a photo of your vaccine card.
All attendees will complete Wellness Screening prior to entering the venue that will include a temperature check.
All attendees agree to wear appropriate face coverings (silk mask, knit masks, and gaiter-style masks are not permitted) at all times unless otherwise instructed by a crew member. If you do not have an appropriate face covering, a member of the Health & Safety team will provide one for you.
Digital Vaccine Card Verification Process
CTEH will review vaccine cards uploaded to their portal and verify vaccination status prior to the event.
If we are able to accommodate your ticket request, invited attendees will be required to:
1. Visit the CTEH portal by clicking a link sent to you via email after your entire pod confirms their invite.
2. Submit your vaccine card information
3. Upload photos of the front and back of your vaccine card.
4. Wait for your vaccine card to be reviewed by CTEH staff. Once your vaccine card is verified, you will receive your 1iota e-ticket.
